ToolHub is a collection of free, browser-based utility tools for developers, designers, and general users. The current tools include JWT Decoder, HTML Minifier, JSON Viewer, Image Resizer, QR Code Generator, and others listed on the homepage.

All tools are provided free of charge. We do not charge for access, usage, or any feature of this site. There are no premium tiers, no trial periods, and no hidden fees.

No Account Required

You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or identify yourself in any way to use ToolHub. The site is intentionally designed to be anonymous and friction-free.

Service Availability

We aim to keep ToolHub available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The site is maintained by a single developer and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to hosting issues. We will not be liable for any losses caused by unavailability.

Permitted Uses

Tool Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the tools function correctly, we do not guarantee that the output of any tool is accurate, complete, or fit for your specific use case. Always verify critical outputs — especially for security-related tasks (like JWT decoding), SEO decisions, or production code.

No Professional Advice

Nothing on ToolHub constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. The tools are utilities — they process data. How you interpret and act on that data is entirely your responsibility.

Our Content

The ToolHub name, logo, design, layout, code, and written content are owned by Santosh Shelar. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute the site's design, branding, or substantial portions of its content without written permission.

Your Content & Inputs

Any data, code, tokens, or text you input into ToolHub tools remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership over anything you enter into these tools. Since all processing is client-side, we never receive your inputs in the first place.

Tool Outputs

Outputs generated by ToolHub tools — minified code, decoded tokens, generated QR codes, resized images — are yours to use freely. We make no claim over the outputs you produce using these tools.

Open Inspiration

You're welcome to be inspired by ToolHub when building your own projects. We only ask that you don't directly copy and republish ToolHub as your own product, and that you don't misrepresent our work as yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Santosh Shelar and ToolHub shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from errors or inaccuracies in tool outputs
• Damages caused by service interruption or unavailability
• Damages resulting from your reliance on tool outputs for important decisions

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Santosh Shelar from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
